- Twin, Double and Four-Poster rooms from £55 GBP to £75 GBP (per person per night)
- Family room en-suite from £125 - £160 GBP
- Evening Meal £25 GBP
- For special occasions, we will provide:
- Champagne, flowers, chocolates and fruit for £75 GBP
- Flowers only for £30 GBP
- Champagne only for £42 GBP (per bottle)
- Champagne only for £21 GBP (per half bottle)
Card details are required to secure booking.
If you need to cancel we require maximum notice.
If cancelled within seven days of arrival, 50% charge will be incurred of total cost.

Bookings are from Saturday at 3.00pm to the following Saturday at 10.00am.

Terms
Prices include bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and vat @ 20% laundry facilities are available. Washer, tumble dryer, iron etc. £100 deposit required at time of booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Cheques made payable to 'D&K' Gray Cottage account' or telephone for BACS details
Deposits are non-refundable. Holiday insurance is recommended. No responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage to personal effects.
On your arrival you may check in between 3pm - 5pm (or confirm by telephone). On your departure you are obliged to vacate by 10am. You are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
Please note that our premises are non-smoking throughout. We regret we do not accept pets.
High chair & cot available if ordered @ £20 per week
Bedding & towels for sofa bed @ £60 per week
